FAQS

  • We open for the season on Saturday 29 November, 9am–5pm.
    From there, we’re open daily throughout December, 9am–5pm, until we sell out.
    We’ll be closing on 14 December or when the last tree sells — whichever comes first.

  • Yes – we’re offering Christchurch City delivery this season for a flat $30. Delivery can only be arranged on-site when you choose your tree, and is available on December 7th and 14th only.
    If you’d prefer to collect your tree, we’re happy to help load it into your car or trailer.

  • Yes, we accept EFTPOS payments.

  • Once a tree is chosen and cut, it is yours. We do not accept returns, so please pick carefully.

  • Tree reservations available on-site from Saturday 29 November. Open daily 9am–5pm through December

  • With the right care, your tree can stay fresh for 3–4 weeks. Place it in water straight away and top up daily — learn how to look after your tree

  • Bring a vehicle big enough for your chosen tree. A trailer, roof racks, or ropes/ties are recommended if you plan to secure the tree on top of your car.

  • To make sure every customer gets their perfect tree, we don’t select trees on behalf of customers — all trees need to be chosen in person (that’s all part of the fun!). We do offer delivery on the 7th and 14th this year, but your tree must be selected on-site first. Once you’ve found the one you love, we’ll take care of the delivery from there.
